 Workplace Mediation

Do you need a workplace mediator?

Mediation can be utilised if there has been a conflict between

  • Staff
  • Managers
  • Staff and their managers
  • Teams
  • Clients and customers

What happens?

A referral is made and if all the parties are in agreement then a qualified mediator would visit each member of the dispute separately.Following this a joint meeting would be held, ideally in a neutral environment, away from the everyday work place. During this meeting an agreement would be drawn up that is future focussed and fair to both sides.

Ideally the mediation process would take place through the course of one day. This enables a greater focus on the process and is easier to timetable into the working week.
